Concession Manager/Supervisor

Requirements:
- Hold a current Food Safety Certification & Serve It Right
- Maintain a clean & neat appearance that reflects our standards

As our Concession Manager/Supervisor, you’ll dive into a range of thrilling responsibilities, including:
- Staff scheduling & management
- Ordering essential supplies to keep things running smoothly
- Preparing delicious food and crafting an enticing menu

- Handling floats and cash transactions with finesse
- Keeping our inventory stocked and ready for action
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness in the kitchen
This position will report reporting directly to the SSCRA President, First Vice-President, and our Fan Side Directors.

Seasonal Concession Staff
Job Type: Seasonal, Part-time: 8-10 hours per week
Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Concession Staff. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, serving customers and ensuring their satisfaction during our busiest seasons.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate concession stands and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas, including equipment and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or replenishment needs.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of concession stands before and after events.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work on Saturdays and the odd Sunday
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Young Worker Readiness Certificate (14- & 15-year-olds)
- Current Food Safety Certification (preferred) & Serve It Right (19+)
This position will report directly to the Concession Manager/Supervisor
Front Gate/Ticket Booth Staff
Join our team for 5-6 Hours per week!
Requirements:
- Young Worker Readiness Certificate (14- & 15-year-olds)
- Clean & Neat Appearance
- Excellent Time Management & Problem-Solving Skills
 Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Customer Service
- Selling Tickets
- Ticket Reconciliation
- Handling Cash & Cash Out

Chalet Hostess/Bartender
Join our dynamic team as a Chalet Hostess/Bartender! If you’re 19 or older and ready to add excitement to your week, this is the perfect opportunity for you. With flexible hours ranging from 8 to 12 per week, you can easily fit this role into your schedule.
Requirements are simple yet crucial: You must have a current Serve It Right certification and maintain a clean and polished appearance. We value excellent time management and problem-solving skills, and we need team members who can handle tasks with minimal supervision.
As a Chalet Hostess/Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, providing top-notch customer service, delivering food and drinks with flair, assisting with food preparation, handling cash transactions, restocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness is maintained throughout.
This role reports directly to our Oscars Pit Stop Managers, who will support you every step of the way.
